Teletherapy

A few things to consider…

1) Make sure you have a strong internet connection. It’s hard to have a session where we can’t hear each other.

2) If you are using your phone, download the app from simple practice and try it out before first session. It can take a little extra time to set up.

3) Find a private place where no one will hear you, preferably inside. As much fun as it can be to have therapy outside, it may make it harder to concentrate.

4) Consider putting your computer or phone on “do not disturb”. You’ve carved out this time, let’s use it well.

5) Teletherapy is easier for adolescents and adults. It is possible with children, but a little more challenging at times.
